All sales of our journals are final. Because of the nature of our product, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

However, we want you to receive your order in perfect condition. If your journal arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the damage or defect

After reviewing your claim, we will be happy to issue a replacement or refund, depending on the situation. Damaged or defective items must be reported before being used.

We are not responsible for returns or refunds due to:

  • change of mind

  • ordering the wrong item

  • typographical errors during ordering

  • normal wear from use

If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier but is missing, please contact the carrier directly to open a claim.
